Role Overview: As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models that support the design and construction process. You will work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that models are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with project requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Creation: Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. Ensure that all elements of the model are accurate and reflect the latest design updates.

• Coordination: Collaborate with other modellers, engineers and project managers to integrate various disciplines into a cohesive BIM model. Address and resolve any model clashes or discrepancies.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain model documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and aligned with project standards.

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of BIM models to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with project standards and industry best practices. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows. Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
